Wrestling – Norwich at Chenango Valley

Norwich hits the road to Chenango Valley for a key dual meet between STAC Central and East. Chenango Valley enters with two wrestlers who placed in the NYSPHSAA State Championship last year: Anthony Valls (8th at 102) and Trevor Cortright (5th at 118). They also welcome back Kaeden Hubbard, a Chenango Forks transfer who won both STAC and Section IV Championships last year at 110.
Norwich hosted and went a perfect 4-0 at the Coach K Duals a couple weeks back. Yanni Drapaniotis (152), Mason Edwards (189 and 172), Nick Murphy (145), and Regan Roach (132) all went undefeated that day. In dual meets, they defeated Susquehanna Valley earlier in the season before falling to Windsor and Owego more recently.
