Team Goals: Continue to focus on individual progress, team success, and hitting cut times.
Elmira Express (Class A)
Head Coach: Keith Ess, 3rd year
Key Players: Emma Beach (sr.), McKenna Malone (sr.), Madelyn Cavalier (fresh.), Gabrielle Mattoon (sr.)
Team Goals: Complete the season with a winning record. Have as many swimmers as possible in postseason activities.
Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class A)
Head Coach: Megan Janeski, 3rd year
Key Players: Sibby Lowe (soph.), Anna Lowe (soph.), Emma Bachert (sr.)
Team Goals: Share in the joy of swimming, be upstanding in character, and raise others up. We would love to have all athletes place in the top 16 in sectionals and have a record year of best times.
Ithaca Little Red (Class A)

Team Goals: Focus on building this team into a program that honors the Ithaca legacy. Distinguish ourselves at sectionals this year.

Binghamton Patriots (Class A)
Head Coach: Bill Meade, 40th year (50th overall)
Key Players: Ava Olsian (sr.), Brookelynn McAlister (jr.),
Team Goals: Continue to build interest in the sport in the post-COVID world. Also, get Olsain into the top three in the state meet this year.
Johnson City Wildcats (Class B)
Head Coach: Kristen Tocheny, 2nd year (4th overall)
Key Players: Saige Thomas (jr.), Kaitlyn Harvey (soph.), Alyssa Kelleher (soph.)
Team Goals: Create a team culture to help everyone reach their maximum potential. Improve individual times and win more duel meets. Have more athletes qualify for sectionals than in previous years.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class B)
Head Coach: Chris Verity, 13th year (32nd overall)

Team Goals: Compete to win a third consecutive Section IV, Class B championship.
Union-Endicott Tigers (Class A)

Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class C)
Head Coach: Kelly Hillis, 18th year and Kenneth Star, 4th year

Team Goals: Work together to be successful not just as individuals, but as a team. Create a supportive atmosphere that has not just successful athletes, but teammates as well.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class B)
Head Coach: Charlie Frayer, 8th year (34th overall)

Team Goals: Win the STAC Central and send someone to the state meet. Defeat Maine-Endwell in sectionals.

Team Goals: Improve our skills, end the season with personal bests, and focus on unity as a team.
