Team Goals: The STAC for women's wrestling is elite in Section IV, but the goal for Elmira is to improve off of our third place STAC last year and bring home a STAC team title this time around. Whoever wins the STAC championship has a great shot to win the overall Section IV Championship, so that is our top goal this season.

Team Goals: My biggest goal for this season is to set the tone for the girls' wrestling program going forward. In the short term, we’re focused on getting the girls comfortable on the mat and improving at every practice and competition. In the long term, I want to bring girls' wrestling to the forefront of the athletics community here, to get the recognition it deserves, and to build a sustainable program where athletes feel supported, challenged, and proud to wrestle for Ithaca.

Team Goals: Kyra is a returning NYSPHSAA State Place Winner. She spent her summer at Fort Jackson, South Carolina as a member of the United States Army National Guard (early enlistment.) My goal for her is to help her become Binghamton's first Wrestling State Champion! This year, she is joined by 7 new girls on our girls' team.
Last Season: Finished 10th at STAC and 19th at Section IV Championships. Kyra Bryant (185) won STAC Championship. Bryant (185) went 4-1 and finished in 3rd place at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Johnson City Wildcats

Key Athletes: Our girls are all relatively new to the sport, inexperienced, and young, but they are working hard and are going to be the "pioneers" for girls wrestling here in Norwich and are setting the foundation for a strong program in the future.
Team Goals: Retain and keep building up our program. We're extremely proud of our girls and the work they put into this sport.
Last Season: Finished 13th at STAC and 22nd at Section IV Championships. Briley Beckwith (100) won STAC Championship.
Oneonta Yellowjackets

Team Goals: Some of our girls have their own big postseason goals. Collectively, our goals for this year are to show improvement every day and continue the tradition of excellence that has defined Windsor wrestling for many years. We are glad to have had a big turnout this year and are looking forward to a great season.
