Team Goals: Get our younger athletes meaningful high school experience. We have many newcomers and four middle school athletes, and getting them on the mat early will set the foundation for future success. For our experienced wrestlers, we aim to peak toward the end of the season, get athletes on the podium at Sectionals, and send as many as possible to the State Tournament.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC West division. Finished 12th at STAC and 8th at Section IV Division 1 Championships. Clayton Smith (170) went 0-2 at NYSPHSAA Division 1 State Championship.

Team Goals: Both Rasheed Scott and Dom DiLuzio have their hearts on being Section IV Champions and State Place Winners. I'm going to do everything in my power to help them reach their goals. It doesn't look like we are going to have a full dual meet squad, but I think we can place reasonably high at individually bracketed tournaments.
Last Season: Finished 5th in STAC Metro division. Finished 17th at STAC and 9th at Section IV Division 1 Championships.
Johnson City Wildcats (Division 1)

Key Athletes: We have a good mix of returning and new wrestlers this year. I am excited for our returners to take that next step from last year and our new guys to get introduced and acclimated to our sport.
Team Goals: Keep building up our program and to retain our athletes. We hope to have some individual success in the post season and get some guys competing in Albany.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC East division. Finished 13th at STAC and 17th at Section IV Division 2 Championships. Maverick Beckwith (124) won STAC and Section IV Division 2 Championships. Beckwith went 4-0 to win NYSPHSAA Division 2 State Championship.
