Team Goals: We are very young experience-wise, graduating 7 of the top 10 from last year. Looking to be very solid doubles and have our singles players compete and improve.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division.
Elmira Express (Class A)
Head Coach: John Cox, 5th year
Key Players: Millie Kierst (soph.), Mary Collins (soph.), Marley Devlin (fresh.)
Team Goals: Improve our swings and hits every day. Work on technique, strength, spins, and movement. We want to win more games and sets. We are looking to win our 1st Team Tennis Match.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC West division.
Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class A)
Head Coach: Doug Jacobs, 1st year

Team Goals: I think we should be able to compete. We have a good amount of experience. We will miss Sarah Staats, but hope to have a consistent #1 through #10 group that may surprise some people. Overall, shoot for over .500 win percentage. Have a singles and a doubles team push deep into sectionals.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC West division.
Ithaca Little Red (Class A)
Head Coach: Helen Evans, 4th year (8th overall)

Team Goals: Compete for the STAC Championship by season’s end. As always, our goal is to play to the best of our abilities and have lots of fun along the way.
Last Season: Won STAC West division. Defeated Seton in Semi-final, lost to Vestal in STAC Championship. Lost to Vestal in Section IV Team Tennis Division 1 Championship.

Team Goals: The Binghamton Patriots Girls Tennis team is composed of four returning seniors who will be looking to challenge other teams with solid consistent play. The entire team is looking forward to a rewarding and competitive season, playing this fun and life long sport of tennis.
Last Season: Finished 5th in STAC Metro division. Samantha Dalmolen finished 4th at Section IV Singles Championship to advanced to the Round of 32 at the NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Johnson City Wildcats (Class B)
Head Coach: Natalie Pelton, 3rd year (7th overall)

Team Goals: Learn and understand the four main components of tennis: Mental, Physical, Technical and Tactical. Transfer knowledge into action by demonstrating learned skills in competitive play. Learn life skills through playing tennis. Actively apply lessons learned in the sport into everyday life.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Metro division. Defeated Chenango Valley in Semi-final and Maine-Endwell to win Section IV Team Tennis Division 2 Championship. Lost to Byram Hills (I) in NYSPHSAA Division 2 Subregional.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class B)
Head Coach: Jennifer L’Amoreaux, 4th year (6th overall)

Team Goals: Focus on building each day—improving individually and as a team, while promoting positivity, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. The Spartans have their sights set on winning team matches, earning representation at the state qualifiers, and most importantly, fostering an environment where players grow, compete, and enjoy their time on the court.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Metro division. Defeated Chenango Forks in Semi-final, lost to Johnson City in Section IV Team Tennis Division 2 Championship.

Team Goals: The Tiger tennis team graduated a senior class that had a big impact on the tennis program. We have 13 incoming freshmen and many returners. Our focus is on improving each day and being competitive. Having fun and building relationships is a main focus!!
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Metro division. Giada Circensi finished 3rd at Section IV Singles Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 at NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Vestal Golden Bears (Class B)

Team Goals: We are looking forward to competing again this season and seeing our returners get even stronger, and our new additions to our lineup step up in doubles.
Last Season: Won STAC Metro division. Defeated Susquehanna Valley in Semi-final and Ithaca to win STAC Championship. Defeated Ithaca to win Section IV Team Tennis Division 1 Championship. Lost to Horace Greeley (I) in NYSPHSAA Division 1 Subregional. Aviva Kaminsky / Aashna Ashok won Section IV Doubles Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 at the NYSPHSAA State Championship. Ella Sweet / Anastasia Grizelj finished 2nd at Section IV Doubles Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 at the NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class C)
Head Coach: Mia Hayes, 2nd year (6th overall)

Team Goals: Continue working hard, learn more about the game to get better, and work on our mental game.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division. Lost to Maine-Endwell in Section IV Team Tennis Division 2 Semi-final.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class C)
Head Coach: Terry Price, 17th year (38th overall)
Key Players: Lily Brady (sr.), Gisele Franklin (8th grade)
Team Goals: Our team is small this year. We should be able to devote more time to each player, focusing on individual strengths and weaknesses. We will be working on individual progress and skill building. Hoping to get at least two of my players to State Qualifiers.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division. Lost to Johnson City in Section IV Team Tennis Division 2 Semi-final.
Owego River Hawks (Class B)
Head Coach: Erica Haray, 10th year (18th overall)
Key Players: Merri Wescott (jr./1st Singles), Elaina Anschutz (sr./Singles), Jana Nikulich (jr./Singles), Betty Pellicano (jr./Singles), Hailey Griep (soph./Doubles)
Team Goals: We are thrilled to be growing in size this year, and are excited to be starting the season with a full roster. Our goals are always to keep developing as tennis players throughout our season, and every player has shown improvement already. Of course, we want to win as many individual and team matches as possible. We also plan to focus on the State Qualifier doubles tournament, and will be preparing doubles teams to be ready for the postseason.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division.
Seton Catholic Saints (Class A)
Head Coach: Natalie Knudson, 1st year

Team Goals: Improve and compete each week this season and ultimately be in contention for both STAC and Section IV Class A Championships.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Lost to Ithaca in STAC Semi-final. Natalie Crowley won Section IV Singles Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 at the NYSPHSAA State Championship. Caroline Knudson finished 2nd at Section IV Singles Championship and advanced to the Round of 16 at the NYSPHSAA State Championship. Joy Neureuter / Emma Stanton finished 3rd at Section IV Doubles Championship and advanced to the Round of 32 at the NYSPHSAA State Championship.
East
Norwich Purple Tornado (Class B)

Team Goals: Have every player compete in a varsity match and play with comfort at the net and at the baseline.

Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class C)

Team Goals: Win 75% of our regular matches during the season. We would also love to have a doubles team get through sectionals/state qualifiers.

Windsor Black Knights (Class C)
