Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division. Defeated Elmira to win Section IV Class AA Championship. Lost to Monroe-Woodbury in NYSPHSAA Class AA Subregional.

Elmira Express (Class AAA)

Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class AA)

Team Goals: Win STAC, Section IV Class AA, and go to States. That's why we work!!! Nothing is guaranteed, but that is why the process matters so much.
Last Season: Won STAC West division. Lost to Chenango Valley in STAC Semi-final. Lost to Vestal in Section IV Class A Semi-final.

Metro
Binghamton Patriots (Class AA)

Head Coach: Kim Beacham, 2nd year (4th overall)

Team Goals: Continue building up our young student-athletes to be confident and knowledgeable about the game.

Team Goals: Compete and achieve. We'll find a win every day (at practice, in games, etc.) and we'll work hard to support our team.

Last Season: Won STAC Metro division. Defeated Windsor in Semi-final and Chenango Valley to win STAC Championship. Defeated Union-Endicott in Semi-final and Vestal to win Section IV Class A Championship. Defeated FD Roosevelt in Subregional, Ursuline in Regional Final, Bayport-Blue Point in State Semi-final, and Troy to win NYSPHSAA Class A State Championship.

Union-Endicott Tigers (Class AA)

Team Goals: Be the most competitive team we are capable of being. Have all 11 be contributors to success of the season. Be a better team than the day before!
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Metro division. Defeated Horseheads in Semi-final, lost to Maine-Endwell in Section IV Class A Championship.

Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class B)

Head Coach: Ann Marie Pagano, 6th year (12th overall)

Team Goals: Compete, work hard, and improve every day. The little things matter. Play with confidence and be positive. One day at a time.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division. Defeated Dryden in Quarterfinal, lost to Chenango Valley in Section IV Class B Semi-final.

Chenango Valley Warriors (Class B)
Head Coach: Alanna McMahon, 8th year (9th overall)

Team Goals: Aim for simple execution and consistency this season. We are a young team with potential, we just need to find our rhythm and learn to mesh together as a unit like we’ve done in previous years.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Defeated Horseheads in Semi-final, lost to Maine-Endwell in STAC Championship. Defeated Waverly in Quarterfinal and Chenango Forks in Semi-final, lost to Windsor in Section IV Class B Championship.

Owego River Hawks (Class A)
Head Coach: Emily Crawford, 1st year (18th overall)
Key Players: Brooklyn Gaurnier (sr.), Carsten Crawford (soph.), Miley Laubach (soph.), Maia Smith (jr.), Lexi Cheeseman (jr.)
Team Goals: Put life back into the softball program at Owego. We are going to bring back the fun of playing softball and seeing it as a game to enjoy. The winning will take care of itself if the girls enjoy playing the game and we have team chemistry. Many of these girls have been playing softball with each other since elementary school. They have been the core, and this will be a major contribution to our success. in Class A this year, I am looking forward to being a contender for the Section IV Class A title.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division. Lost to Susquehanna Valley in Section IV Class B Quarterfinal.

Seton Catholic Saints (Class C)
Head Coach: Katie Basile, 2nd year
Key Players: Emma Nagorny (sr.), Shannon Mentz (jr.), Olivia Delviscio (jr.), Megan Mentz (fresh.), Olivia Nazarenus (8th grade)
Team Goals: Double our record for wins from last year. We are honored to be able to play at the new Greenlight Park (BAGSAI) and are working towards the future within our program!
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division. Did not qualify for sectionals.

Waverly Wolverines (Class B)
Head Coach: Brent Doane, 1st year (30+ overall)
Key Players: Olivia Robinson (sr.), Loralye Anthony (jr.), Brinn Cooney (jr.), Meghan Apgar (jr.), Maddie Cron (soph.)
Team Goals: Make sectionals. This is our first year competing in STAC, which will be an adjustment as we are very young.
Last Season: Competed in Interscholastic Athletic Conference (IAC). Defeated Oneonta in First Round, lost to Chenango Valley in Section IV Class B Quarterfinal.

East
Norwich Purple Tornado (Class A)

Head Coach: Joe Cirigliano, 4th year
Key Players: Maddy Quotrocchi (sr.), Brooke Rogers (soph.)
Team Goals: Be competitive and grow as a team / program. It’s going to be another challenging season with only 10 girls on the roster. 7 out of the 10 girls are returning varsity players. As a team, we hope to pick up a few STAC wins this season.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC East division. Did not qualify for sectionals.

Oneonta Yellowjackets (Class B)
Head Coach: Randy Brockway, 17th year

Team Goals: Play to our potential every game. Take every day and every game as it comes. Focus on the small things and push each other to be a better player every day.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC East division. Lost to Waverly in Section IV Class B First Round.

Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)
Head Coach: Karen Bidwell, 20th year (30th overall)

Team Goals: 2024 brings big changes. As our softball field is being torn up to put in a beautiful new turf field, we will be practicing and playing offsite at Greenlight Park (BAGSAI). Our goal for the 2024 season is to embrace the change: new facility, new teammates, and a little chaos! We will work hard and play hard as a cohesive unit that supports and believes in each other. And as always, have a positive, fun, and winning season.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC East division. Defeated Owego in Quarterfinal, lost to Windsor in Section IV Class B Semi-final.

Windsor Black Knights (Class B)
Head Coach: Bill Waldron, 19th year

Team Goals: Progress to compete for a Section IV Class B Championship.
Last Season: Won STAC East division. Lost to Maine-Endwell in STAC Semi-final. Defeated Lansing in Quarterfinal, Susquehanna Valley in Semi-final, and Chenango Valley to win Section IV Class B Championship. Defeated in Chittenango in Regional Final, lost to Ichabod Crane in NYSPHSAA Class B State Semi-final.
