Ithaca Little Red (Class AA)

Team Goals: Go 1-0 every night and focus on our game plan and key matchups.

Binghamton Patriots (Class AA)
Head Coach: Willie Fann, 10th year

Team Goals: First, we must win eight games to secure a trip to the sectional round. Then, we want to win the STAC Metro division, STAC Championship, as well as the Section IV Class AA Championship again. Ultimately, win a state championship. It’s a lot of work and dedication, but I'm going to push them to their limits and beyond this year! We know that this year is going to be harder than last year, so we are trying to be prepared.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Metro division. Defeated Elmira in Semi-final and Corning to win Section IV Class AA Championship. Lost to Monroe-Woodbury in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Johnson City Wildcats (Class A)
Head Coach: Chris Sinicki, 1st year (35th overall)
Key Players: Marisa Smith (sr.), Emma Phelan (jr.)
Team Goals: Win the Section IV Class A Championship and advance beyond. Establish a positive and collaborative environment for the team.
Last Season: Won STAC Metro division. Defeated Susquehanna Valley in Semi-final, lost to Horseheads in STAC Championship. Lost to Union-Endicott in Section IV Class A Semi-final.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class A)
Head Coach: Brianna Thompson, 6th year (12th overall)
Key Players: Tessa L'Amoreaux (fresh.), Sydney Yonkoski (sr.), Anna Fellows (sr.), Maddy Ocker (fresh.), Kaylee Hurba (soph.)
Team Goals: With a roster of only eight, play teams honest, keep them in front, and stay in the game without foul trouble. Play through our struggles of no true post/forwards or height on the roster against bigger/taller teams and bigger schools and working on small gains, not big ones. Seniors to pick up the leadership role of losing a great guard (Kaety L'Amoreaux) and get the team rallied, stay calm, heads up, and work hard pushing each other to get better and compete consistently in practices and games. Handle pressure and make teams play us in the 1/2 court.
Last Season: Finished tied for 2nd in STAC Metro division. Defeated Horseheads in Semi-final, lost to Union-Endicott in Section IV Class A Championship.
Union-Endicott Tigers (Class AA)

Last Season: Finished tied for 2nd in STAC Metro division. Defeated Johnson City in Semi-final and Maine-Endwell to win Section IV Class A Championship. Lost to Walter Panas in NYSPHSAA Subregional.
Vestal Golden Bears (Class AA)
Head Coach: Nick Anderson, 4th year (5th overall)
Key Players: Gabby Kwiatkowski (sr.), Kate Reyen (sr.), Haley Carey (jr.)
Team Goals: Get over the hump. We were on the wrong end of quite a few close games last year. We need to take the next steps to be prepared and have the confidence to make some plays to finish out those type of games.
Last Season: Finished 5th in STAC Metro division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Central
Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class B)
Head Coach: Mike Curtis, 4th year (23rd overall)
Key Players: Maggie Warpus (soph.), Alyssa Specchio (sr.)
Team Goals: Compete and get better in every skill, drill, and game. Continue to improve the mental part of the game.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division. Defeated Susquehanna Valley in Quarterfinal and Chenango Valley in Semi-final, lost to Newark Valley in Section IV Class B Championship.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class B)
Head Coach: Ryan Hayes, 5th year (23rd year)
Key Players: Madelyn Hayes (jr.), Kamryn Hoyt (sr.), Gabby Cashman (soph.), Sophia Ashman (sr.)
Team Goals: We have a lot of new, young faces joining the varsity team this season. With that comes a learning curve of adapting to the speed and physicality demands of varsity level competition. Our returning, experienced players will be asked to lead the way in a variety of ways. We have been fortunate the past couple of seasons and enjoyed deep postseason success. There are a lot of teams with talent and depth this season. We hope the Warriors are in the conversation come season's end.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Lost to Horseheads in STAC Semi-final. Defeated Whitney Point in Semi-final, lost to Chenango Forks in Section IV Class B Semi-final.
Owego River Hawks (Class A)
Head Coach: Luke McEvoy, 7th year (18th overall)
Key Players: Madison McEvoy (jr.), Cassie Doane (sr.), Taylor Dalton (sr.), Ava Brown (sr.), Lexi Herceg (jr.)
Team Goals: Be as competitive as possible day in and day out while building towards postseason play.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division. Lost to Waverly in Section IV Class B Quarterfinals.
Seton Catholic Saints (Class B)
Head Coach: Loic Sebuharara, 3rd year (14th overall)
Key Players: Erin Derr (sr.), Alexandra Back (jr.), Lucy Atkins (jr.)
Team Goals: Get 1% better each day and be competitive every night!
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Waverly Wolverines (Class B)
Head Coach: Bob Kelly, 12th year (27th overall)
Key Players: Peyton Shaw (sr.), Paige Robinson (sr.), Ashlen Croft (sr.), Brilynn Belles (soph.), Ryleigh Judson (fresh.). Addison Westbrook (jr.) is out for the season due to an ACL injury suffered during the soccer season.
Team Goals: We are a very young team that has been working hard/competing in practice to get better and develop as a team. We want to play with passion on both ends of the floor. Improve as a player and a team. Show up ready to compete and make the best of each day.
Last Season: Competed in Interscholastic Athletic Conference (IAC). Defeated Owego in Quarterfinals, lost to Newark Valley in Section IV Class B Semi-final.
East
Norwich Purple Tornado (Class A)
Head Coach: Dennis Eaton, 2nd year (17th overall)
Key Players: Josey Ryan (fresh.), Emma Urgo (soph.), Olivia Schiraldi (sr.)
Team Goals: We are focused on competing at a high level, winning a STAC East division championship, and competing for a Section IV Class A championship.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC East division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Oneonta Yellowjackets (Class B)
Head Coach: Matt Miller, 14th year (22nd overall)
Key Players: Jordan Bellinger (jr.), Hayden LeFever (jr.), Kylie Carr (8th grade)
Team Goals: Be competitive, improve as the season goes on, qualify for the sectional tournament, and be playing our best basketball at the end of the season.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC East division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)

Team Goals: Defend our STAC East division title and make it to the Arena for the Section IV Class B Championship game.
