Head Coach: Julie Pierce, 20th year

Team Goals: Get better every day, learn and grow from our mistakes, and be good to each other.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division.  Defeated Elmira to win Section IV Class AA Championship.  Lost to Monroe-Woodbury in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.

Elmira Express (Class AAA)
Head Coach: Zachary Sarno, 17th year

Team Goals: Have fun, compete every day, and get better as the season goes along.  For the new players to make an impact, and the returners continuing to lead us forward.
Last Season: Won STAC West division.  Defeated Oneonta in Semi-final, lost to Chenango Valley in STAC Championship.  Lost to Corning in Section IV Class AA Championship.

Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class AA)
Head Coach: Lee Spencer, 5th year (17th overall)

Team Goals: Compete for the Section IV Class AA Championship.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC West division.  Lost to Vestal in Section IV Class A Semi-final.

Team Goals: Players to improve their confidence in playing the sport. They will establish individual and team goals, and be able to reflect on their performance. They will learn the disciple, respect, and sportsmanship. They will learn teamwork and fair play.

Johnson City Wildcats (Class A)
Head Coach: Brittany Carpenter, 1st year (3rd overall)

Team Goals: This is the first time back to varsity for the girls soccer program after playing JV last season. We have a lot of young girls, as well as girls who are new to soccer. We are striving to continuously develop as a team both on and off the field.
Last Season: Did not field a varsity team.

Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class A)
Head Coach: Mark Lee, 2nd year (4th overall)

Team Goals: We play in a very difficult conference. Our goal is to stay competitive with these talented teams and make a name for ourselves.  We have a strong community behind us, and we'll do our best to make them proud.
Last Season: Won STAC Metro division.  Lost to Chenango Valley in STAC Semi-final.  Lost to Union-Endicott in Section IV Class A Semi-final.

Union-Endicott Tigers (Class AA)
Head Coach: Kendra Ryerson, 6th year (17th overall)
Key Players: Natalie Decker (sr.), Mia Kosick (jr.), Victoria Elliott (fresh.)
Team Goals: Become closer as a team and make it to sectionals.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Metro division.  Defeated Maine-Endwell in Semi-final, lost to Vestal in Section IV Class A Championship.

Vestal Golden Bears (Class AA)
Head Coach: Gina Talbut, 5th year (10th overall)

Team Goals: Win another sectional title and make it to the state tournament!
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Metro division.  Defeated Horseheads in Semi-final and Union-Endicott to win Section IV Class A Championship.  Lost to Albertus Magnus in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.

Central
Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class B)

Head Coach: Jack Giblin, 1st year (7th overall)

Team Goals: Stay competitive in play, make runs to goal, and finish our second chances.  Overall, have a positive attitude toward each other, officials, and other teams.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division.  Did not qualify for sectionals.

Chenango Valley Warriors (Class B)
Head Coach: Devon Lash, 1st year (10th overall)

Team Goals: Be a highly competitive team showcasing our ability to play with speed and pace while maintaining high levels of skill.  Be a class act; showing high levels of sportsmanship to players, fans, coaches, and spectators alike.  Achieve high performance in both the STAC and sectional competitions, showcasing our team abilities throughout the county and the state.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division.  Defeated Maine-Endwell in Semi-final and Elmira to win STAC Championship.  Defeated Newark Valley in Quarterfinal, Oneonta in Semi-final, and Owego to win Section IV Class B Championship.  Lost to Irvington in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.

Owego River Hawks (Class A)
Head Coach: Laurel Neira, 2nd year (3rd overall)
Key Players: Erin McDonald (sr.), Taylor Dalton (sr.), Ashlyn Dalton (fresh.)
Team Goals: Prepare ourselves to be self-motivated, increase confidence overall, and go out and win the STAC Central division, STAC, and Section IV Class A!
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division.  Defeated Susquehanna Valley in Quarterfinal and Waverly in Semi-final, lost to Chenango Valley in Section IV Class B Championship.

Seton Catholic Saints (Class C)

Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division.  Did not qualify for sectionals.

Waverly Wolverines (Class B)
Head Coach: Tara Hogan, 10th year (15th overall)
Key Players: Paige Robinson (sr.), Lea VanAllen (sr.), Makenzie Olmsted (fresh.), Loralye Anthony (jr.), Maci Wheeler (8th grade)
Team Goals: We are newcomers to the STAC.  We played Owego in sectional play last year and before that we went up against Chenango Valley in sectionals.  We aren't familiar with most of these teams, so our goal is to be as prepared as possible to go against bigger and stronger teams. We are very curious and excited to see where we will stand in this league.
Last Season: Competed in the Interscholastic Athletic Conference (IAC).  Won IAC South Large School division.  Defeated Lansing to win IAC Large School Championship.  Defeated Lansing in Quarterfinal, lost to Owego in Section IV Class B Semi-final.

East
Norwich Purple Tornado (Class A)

Head Coach: Heather McShane, 3rd year (9th overall)
Key Players: Isabella Dilorio (jr.), Josie Ryan (fresh.)
Team Goals: We plan to win this season. We plan to make it to sectionals and get past the first game. We have a team of girls who have been working hard through pre-season. We are ready to work hard and win this season! 
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC East division.  Did not qualify for sectionals.

Oneonta Yellow Jackets (Class B)
Head Coach: Jerry Mackey, 20th year (30th overall)
Key Players: Veronica Madej (sr.), Josie Scanlon (jr.), Grace Slesinsky (sr.), Jordan Bellinger (jr.), Lilli Rowe (sr.)
Team Goals: Win the STAC East division and qualify for the STAC playoffs. Also, hope to be a factor in Section IV Class B playoffs and ultimately play for as long as we can for this senior class.
Last Season: Won STAC East division.  Lost to Elmira in STAC Semi-final.  Defeated Dryden in Quarterfinal, lost to Chenango Valley in Section IV Class B Semi-final.

Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)
Head Coach: Landey James, 2nd year
Key Players: Paige Weaver (sr.), Addison Rosenkrans (jr.)
Team Goals: Win the STAC East division and build on last year’s success in sectionals, as #8 seed in taking the #1 seed to overtime in the Section IV Class B Quarterfinals.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC East division.  Lost to Owego in Section IV Class B Quarterfinal.

* Note: Windsor does not have a soccer team this year, but has sent their remaining players to combine with Binghamton.
