Team Goals: Look for daily improvement by getting 1% better every day. Win the STAC West, STAC, and Section IV Class AA Championships. Compete in the state tournament.
Last Season: Won STAC West Division. Defeated Chenango Valley in Semi-final and Maine-Endwell to win STAC Championship. Lost to Horseheads in Section IV Class AA Championship.
Elmira Express (Class AA)
Head Coach: Tammy Woodard, 3rd year

Team Goals: Compete for the Section IV Class AA Championship and bring it home to Elmira.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC West division. Lost to Horseheads in Section IV Class AA Semi-final.
Horseheads Blue Raiders (Class A)

Team Goals: Develop and get better daily. Our mindset is one of growth through the process. Control our development and effort. Myrtle Beach games, division, conference, sectional and state championships we cannot control. We will be ready to compete every single pitch and are excited to watch it play out.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division. Defeated Elmira in Semi-final and Corning to win Section IV AA Championship. Lost to Monroe-Woodbury in NYSPHSAA Regional Final.

Team Goals: Believe! Come together for a common goal of growing as players, leaders, and people. Get to know each other's strengths and weaknesses to have a well-rounded team. It is truly important to have this mentality to help one another grow! It is important for us to come together and believe in one another to stay competitive, improve mechanics, and succeed in gaining a winning percentage to help qualify for sectional play.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Metro division. Lost to Maine-Endwell in Section IV Class A Semi-final.
Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class A)
Head Coach: Karleigh Eaton, 4th year (5th overall)
Key Players: Olivia Lewis (sr.), Kaety L’Amoreaux (sr.), Lauren Dundon (jr.), Aleciyah Brodley (jr.), Shannon Mentz (soph.)
Team Goals: Refine our techniques and game play. Focus on fundamentals and game play strategies. As a team, we were young last year, so we are looking forward to taking experiences from last year and building upon them. Get back to the Section IV Class A Championship game again this year and compete in that to the best of our ability.
Last Season: Won STAC Metro division. Lost to Corning in STAC Championship. Defeated Johnson City in Semi-final, lost to Vestal in Section IV Class A Championship.
Union-Endicott Tigers (Class A)
Head Coach: Jim Testa, 27th year

Vestal Golden Bears (Class A)

Team Goals: Become as competitively possible a team as we can, given the 13-player roster. Our daily goals are to push one another to become better players, better students, and better people. Regardless of who we face, we are striving to HANDLE HARD BETTER.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Metro division. Defeated Union-Endicott in Semi-final and Maine-Endwell to win Section IV Class A Championship. Defeated Tappan Zee in NYSPHSAA Regional Final. Defeated Troy in State Semi-final, lost to Webster Schroder in NYSPHSAA State Championship.

Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class B)
Head Coach: Ann Marie Pagano, 5th year (11th overall)

Team Goals: Hustle, confidence, and teamwork. Have a positive mindset and compete each and every day.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Chenango Valley Warriors (Class B)
Head Coach: Alanna McMahon, 7th year (8th overall)
Key Players: Madeline Trisket (sr.), Kate Hope (sr.), Kaylee Watson (sr.), Colsten Beers (soph.)
Team Goals: Maintain composure and grit after such a successful 2022 season. Win the STAC Central to make consecutive STAC playoff appearances. Make it to Section IV Class B Championship game again. Bring the passion and fire of the 2022 season into the 2023 season and learn to play just as smoothly with a different group of teammates.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Lost to Corning STAC Semi-final. Defeated Windsor in Semi-final and Owego to win Section IV Class B Championship. Defeated Marcellus in NYSPHSAA Regional Final. Defeated Marlboro in State Semi-final, lost to Ichabod Crane in NYSPHSAA State Championship.
Owego Indians (Class B)
Head Coach: Elise Fortier, 1st year (10th overall)

Team Goals: With eight seniors this year, we need to focus on taking one game at a time and take pride in every at-bat we get. Push the limits on the bases and take advantage of every mistake our opponents make.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division. Defeated Waverly in Quarterfinal and Susquehanna Valley in Semi-final, lost to Chenango Valley in Section IV Class B Championship.
Seton Catholic Saints (Class B)
Head Coach: Katie Basile, 1st year

Team Goals: Get established this year with hopes to build the program for the years to come.

Norwich Purple Tornado (Class B)
Head Coach: Joe Cirigliano, 3rd year

Team Goals: Finish the season, as with only ten on our roster we need to be lucky on the injury front. Be competitive in each game and have a chance to win a few.
Last Season: Finished last in STAC East division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Oneonta Yellow Jackets (Class B)
Head Coach: Randy Brockway, 16th year
Key Players: Abbie Platt (sr.), Madie Dening (sr.), Izzy Giacomelli (jr.), Natalie VanZandt (soph.), Emma Burr (jr.), Logan Jipson (fresh.), Maleah Brockington (sr.)
Team Goals: Play at a high level and be competitive in every game. Keep team morale and spirits high day in and day out. Bring out the best in our team and individual players throughout the season.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC East division. Did not qualify for sectionals.
Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)
Head Coach: Karen Bidwell, 18th year (24th overall) and Ken Bidwell
Key Players: Avery Zembeck (sr.), Kylee Richardson (fresh.), Paige Weaver (jr.)
Team Goals: We have a hard-working group of talented young athletes; we are excited to watch them continue to grow and flourish as a team.
Last Season: Won STAC East division. Lost to Owego in Section IV Class B Semi-final.
Windsor Black Knights (Class B)
Head Coach: Bill Waldron, 17th year
Key Players: Jillian Munson (sr.), Andrea Medovich (sr.), Kayla Williams (sr.), Danica Ball (jr.), Anna Finn (jr.), Paige Smith (jr.)
Team Goals: Improve as individuals at whatever position or role each player supports. By doing this, our goal is to represent Section IV at the sectional level. Anything beyond that is, should, and will be a great experience and considered "icing on the cake"! Our program has been fortunate to experience this many times with many individuals.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC East division. Defeated Dryden in Quarterfinal, lost to Chenango Valley in Section IV Class B Semi-final.
