Wildcats three-peat as Delaware League Champs

ONEONTA — The Charlotte Valley/Schenevus Varsity Softball team clinched the 2025 Delaware League Championship on May 15 with a commanding 12–4 victory over Windham-Ashland-Jewett, marking their first league title as a merged program and the third straight for Charlotte Valley overall.
Brinlee Wright led the way in the circle, striking out nine to secure the win. At the plate, Laila Wheeler drove in three runs, while Natalie Amadon delivered with two hits. Offensive support came from up and down the lineup: Sam Barrett and Amber Burton each crossed the plate twice to fuel the scoring surge.
Windham-Ashland-Jewett’s Hannah Tuttle struck out seven and kept the game competitive, adding a double and scoring two runs herself in a standout two-way performance.
